Site accessibility has been implemented as follows:

Layout is simple and consistent across all pages
Meta tags are included in the head element of all pages
Titles are provided for all pages
Navigation is clear and consistent across all pages
Links are identified by both colour and underlining
Main navbar links are highlighted to show current location in site
"Tooltip" text is supplied for all links
Alternative text is supplied for all images
Text is legible, uncomplicated, concise and relevant
Adequate contrast is maintained between foreground and background colours
Site functionality degrades gracefully when JavaScript is disabled
No unrequested pop-up windows are implemented
No user responses within set time limits are required
Graphic content is minimised for fast page loading
No graphic animations are included, avoiding issues with photosensitive epilepsy
